Outlook Counseling Services, LLC is a well-respected, growing, established private practice. Our practice is focused on delivering trauma and culturally informed care to the community. We pride ourselves in building a collaborative relationship with our clients, and in providing evidence-based treatments to ensure they are able to overcome the obstacles they are facing in their lives.
We are currently accepting applications for mental health therapists wanting to join our team in a part time or full time status. A minimum of 10 hours is required with an opportunity to graduate into a full-time position with benefits.

- Will provide signed supervision at no extra fee for therapists seeking clinical hours to obtain LCSW or LCPC status
Have a strong interest to work with clients through a holistic, culturally sensitive, trauma-informed lens-
Be licensed in Illinois (LCSW, LSW, LCPC, LPC or LMFT)
Have at least 2 years of experience in the mental health field
Commit to at least 1-year employment
Attend needed trainings or trainings requested for professional development by Outlook Counseling Services, LLC
Be responsible and complete all paperwork (intakes, treatment plans, progress notes and discharge notes) on a timely manner
Be able to connect with clients and respond to phone call, emails, scheduling issues, questions and concerns in a respectful and timely manner
Be consistent with work responsibilities and be on time for scheduled appointments
Value active participation in individual and group supervision/consults.
Be paneled or agree to be paneled with insurances
Have an entrepreneurial spirit and value a collaborative work environment. We are looking for candidates who are invested in the success of their clients and their coworkers
Preference will be given to candidates who are trauma-informed, bilingual English/Spanish speaking therapists
Training may include:
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Mindfulness or other Evidence-Based interventions.
